What you will do
- Source candidates through diverse channels and identify new recruitment opportunities.
- Manage the candidate pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified applicants.
- Shortlist and interview candidates to evaluate talent, motivation, and cultural fit.
- Track and report on open positions, hiring funnels, turnover rates, and headcount requisitions.
- Collaborate on various HR projects to improve recruitment efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or a fresh graduate with strong potential.
- Excellent interviewing skills to assess candidate suitability and cultural alignment.
- Ability to manage high volumes of applications and interviews daily.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Comfortable working in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.
