What you will do

• Source candidates through diverse channels and identify new recruitment opportunities.
• Manage the candidate pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified applicants.
• Shortlist and interview candidates to evaluate talent, motivation, and cultural fit.
• Track and report on open positions, hiring funnels, turnover rates, and headcount requisitions.
• Collaborate on various HR projects to improve recruitment efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or a fresh graduate with strong potential.
• Excellent interviewing skills to assess candidate suitability and cultural alignment.
• Ability to manage high volumes of applications and interviews daily.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Comfortable working in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.
