What you will do

• Source candidates from multiple channels and recommend new sourcing strategies.
• Manage candidate pipelines to ensure a continuous stream of qualified applicants.
• Shortlist and select the best candidates from the applicant pool.

• Conduct culture-fit interviews as part of the selection process.
• Maintain hiring trackers and provide detailed reports to hiring managers.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in Recruitment.
• Proven ability to manage complex searches in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
• Strong interviewing skills to assess talent, motivation, and cultural fit.
• Ability to process a high volume of applications and interviews on a daily basis.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
