TL;DR
Recruiter (Talent Acquisition): Managing service excellence across the full recruitment cycle, from defining job scope with hiring leaders to sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer support with an accent on Boolean sourcing, ATS-based candidate evaluation, and proactive candidate communication. Focus on building strong candidate slates, maintaining compliance, and delivering accurate recruiting reporting.
Location: Veresegyház, Hungary (preferably 2 times onsite per week)

What you will do
- Lead job scope discussions with hiring leaders to define position specifications and search approaches using market data.
- Review and evaluate candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and decide who advances in the process.
- Build recruitment marketing and sourcing plans, including sourcing via resume databases, search engines, and networking sites using Boolean search.
- Run candidate engagement through phone, email, and social media; prepare candidates for interviews and provide timely status updates.
- Conduct phone interview assessments using templates, compare notes/skills to requirements, and coordinate skills testing and references when required.
- Partner on offer details using compensation guidelines, drive candidate acceptance, and maintain compliance and regular recruiting reporting.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or related field strongly preferred.
- Minimum 2+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
- Experience using recruitment technologies including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
- Proficiency in Boolean search techniques for sourcing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- German: preferred.
