What you will do

• Source candidates from multiple channels and identify new acquisition streams.
• Shortlist and select top talent from the applicant pool.
• Track open positions, hiring funnels, and headcount requisitions.
• Generate reports on hiring metrics, turnover rates, and interview outcomes.
• Maintain and manage the employee database.
• Propose and coordinate various HR projects.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in headhunting or recruitment.
• Knowledgeable about Indonesian Labour Laws.
• Ability to manage a high volume of applications and interviews daily.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, management, and adaptability skills.
• Experience working in headhunting or outsourcing agencies is preferred.
