What you will do
- Source and attract top-tier technical talent through diverse channels.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from initial screening to final selection.
- Conduct culture-fit interviews to ensure alignment with company values.
- Maintain a robust candidate pipeline to support ongoing hiring needs.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports to hiring managers.
- Contribute to various HR projects and process improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (engineering, data, product).
- Proven track record of managing complex searches in high-growth environments.
- Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess talent, motivation, and cultural fit.
- Excellent communication and time management skills to handle high-volume applications.
- Proactive, ambitious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Ability to work effectively as a team player and understand business objectives.
Nice to have
- Recruiting experience in e-commerce, marketplace, software-house, or fintech sectors.
