Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (engineering, data, product).
• Proven track record of managing complex searches in high-growth environments.
• Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess talent, motivation, and cultural fit.
• Excellent communication and time management skills to handle high-volume applications.
• Proactive, ambitious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Ability to work effectively as a team player and understand business objectives.
