• Lead a growing software engineering team building and operating platform products and services used by other engineering teams.
• Set technical direction across software architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, and distributed systems.
• Improve how teams design, test, deploy, and operate software in production.
• Raise engineering quality, delivery standards, and operational resilience.
• Build trust, establish clarity, and help teams stay focused on outcomes.
• Align product, architecture, design, and engineering stakeholders across regions.

Requirements

• Experience leading software engineering teams building and operating production systems.
• A track record of developing strong teams and improving engineering standards.
• Sound technical judgment across modern software architecture, cloud platforms, and delivery practices.
• Experience building platform products or shared services for internal or external customers.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across product, architecture, design, and engineering.
• Confidence leading in distributed, cross-region environments, with an appreciation for security, privacy, and quality.
