What you will do

• Manage daily accounts receivable tasks including invoicing, payment allocations, and cash application.
• Execute collections activities by preparing statements and following up on outstanding balances.
• Investigate and resolve payment issues and disputes to reduce overdue receivables.
• Reconcile customer accounts and bank transactions to ensure financial accuracy.
• Support month-end close processes, audit requests, and routine financial reporting.
• Monitor finance service desk tickets and provide timely responses to internal and external queries.

• Must be based in Manila, Philippines
• Relevant work experience in finance or a strong willingness to learn the required skills.
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
