What you will do

• Support end-to-end audit execution from planning through reporting and remediation.
• Assess financial, operational, and technology processes to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify risks and explain business impacts.
• Identify root causes of audit issues and recommend practical risk-reduction solutions.
• Ensure high-quality workpapers and contribute to the continuous improvement of audit practices.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in payment processing and merchant acquiring.
• Familiarity with onboarding, underwriting, risk management, and chargeback processes.
• Strong understanding of process documentation and risk identification.
• Familiarity with control testing frameworks such as SOX, SSAE16, or COSO.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.

Nice to have

• CPA or CIA certification.
• Ability to travel occasionally (5–10%) for international collaboration.
