What you will do

• Manage end-to-end invoice processing, accrual posting, and cost allocation across multiple business units.
• Perform manual validation of invoices and supporting documents to ensure full compliance with approval policies.
• Handle month-end close activities, including cut-off management and prepayment treatment.
• Produce periodic reports, reconcile variances, and coordinate directly with vendors and telco providers.
• Manage sensitive HR headcount and billing data with strict discretion and confidentiality.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and branch users to resolve queries and explain allocation outcomes.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 2–5 years of experience in Finance operations, specifically with AP, accruals, and month-end cut-off activities.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Must be based in Manila to work from the One Ayala Tower 2 office.
• Proven ability to handle confidential HR and billing data following secure handling practices.

Nice to have

• Prior experience supporting Singapore or other regional Asia entities.
• Familiarity with shared-service or operations environments.
