What you will do

• Prepare monthly financial statements and handle the consolidation process.
• Manage monthly journal entries and month-end closing activities.
• Perform reconciliation and detailed analysis of balance sheet and profit/loss accounts.
• Oversee cash flow management and bank reconciliation preparation.
• Ensure all audit controls, accounting controls, and compliance requirements are met according to company standards.
• Liaise with Finance Controllers and business partners to develop and improve policies to meet changing business needs.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in financial accounting, including maintaining books of accounts and preparing financial statements.
• Experience with accounting systems, including implementation, system upgrades, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Ability to deliver accounting processes to high-quality standards and meet established SLAs.
• Must be based in Manila (One Ayala Tower 2).
