What you will do

• Oversee the preparation and execution of test activities for New Glenn components such as valves, regulators, and actuators.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, risk registers, and resource plans.
• Create and maintain KPIs to eliminate waste and improve throughput and quality.
• Manage Statements of Work (SOWs) and project manage outsourced tests with external facilities.
• Collaborate with Responsible Engineers and Manufacturing Engineers to ensure timely completion of testing.
• Support the design and implementation of new test facility architectures and upgrades.

Requirements

• B.S. in an engineering field (Aerospace, Mechanical, or Systems preferred).
• 5+ years of experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary, fast-paced projects.
• 5+ years of experience as a test engineer in the aerospace or a comparable industry.
• Fundamental knowledge of aerospace fluid systems and test methods.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft SharePoint.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or granted asylum.

Nice to have

• MBA or M.S. in engineering or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with environmental testing standards (MIL-STD 810, SMC-S-016, RTCA-DO-160).
• Experience with Primavera P6, SQL, Databricks, and Windchill.
