What you will do

• Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies and roadmaps for VIP wealth management and lending products.
• Define and refine positioning and messaging tailored to mass-affluent, VIP, and high-net-worth (HNW) audiences.
• Drive acquisition across paid, owned, and earned channels to increase AUM, deposits, and loan originations.
• Design lifecycle and retention programs using email, push, in-app, and CRM tools to increase wallet share.
• Translate complex financial mechanics (custody, collateralisation, LTV) into clear, trustworthy copy and educational content.
• Collaborate with product, compliance, and legal teams to ensure marketing accuracy across different jurisdictions.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of marketing experience owning consumer financial products end-to-end.
• Proven track record of hitting hard commercial KPIs such as AUM, deposits, and loan book size.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Strong written English proficiency (C1 level) for communicating sensitive financial concepts.
• Experience collaborating with compliance and legal teams in regulated financial environments.
• Comfort working with data and analytics to define funnels and make decision-based optimizations.

Nice to have

• Direct experience in private banking, wealth management, or crypto yield/lending products.
• Knowledge of the institutional and HNW landscape and white-glove marketing tactics.
• Familiarity with crypto-native channels such as X (Twitter), Telegram, and KOLs.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate content creation and personalization.
