What you will do

• Define and maintain electronics test strategies for ECU, inverter electronics, and control boards.
• Translate requirements into test cases, procedures, and verification evidence.
• Execute test campaigns including board bring-up, functional testing, and power HIL.
• Design and build hands-on test means such as breakout boards, harnesses, and instrumentation setups.
• Analyze test results, document deviations, and support qualification reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure avionics hardware is testable and deliverable.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in electronics hardware testing, board bring-up, and validation.
• Ability to read schematics, PCB documentation, and interface specifications.
• Experience preparing test plans, procedures, and acceptance criteria.
• Practical experience with lab equipment like oscilloscopes, power supplies, and CAN tools.
• Understanding of embedded interfaces such as SPI, I2C, UART, PWM, and power interfaces.
• Ability to design or assemble custom lab setups and test boards.

Nice to have

• Experience with test automation using Python, MATLAB, or LabVIEW.
• Background in safety-critical hardware environments like aerospace, automotive, or robotics.
