What you will do

• Lead the development of automated test equipment for functional, environmental, and manufacturing qualification.
• Analyze test results to identify failure modes and drive design improvements.
• Author, execute, and audit comprehensive test plans, procedures, and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate successful testing campaigns.
• Drive continuous improvement of test system infrastructure and operational practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering.
• 8+ years of professional experience in full-cycle electronics hardware test or development.
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals and hardware verification techniques.
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages including C, C++, and Python.
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, permanent resident, or asylee) to comply with U.S. export control laws.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in electrical or computer engineering.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as RTCA DO-160 or MIL-STD-461/810.
• Experience with PCB design and simulation tools like Altium Designer and SPICE.
