What you will do

• Lead the development of automated test equipment for functional, environmental, and manufacturing acceptance testing.
• Analyze test results to identify failure modes and drive design improvements.
• Author, execute, and audit comprehensive test plans, procedures, and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to facilitate testing campaigns.
• Drive continuous improvement of test system infrastructure and operational practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering.
• 2+ years of professional experience in full-cycle electronics hardware testing or development.
• Proficiency in C, C++, or Python for developing and maintaining test software.
• Ability to methodically diagnose and document electronic hardware problems.
• Must be a U.S. person or otherwise permitted to access export-controlled technology.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in electrical or computer engineering.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as RTCA DO-160 or MIL-STD-461/810.
• Experience with PCB simulation and design using Altium Designer and SPICE.
