What you will do

• Supervise a team of 10-15 Trust & Safety agents, providing daily direction and support.
• Review complex fraud and AML cases to make final decisions before escalation.
• Own team-level QA, including case audits, calibration sessions, and structured feedback.
• Track and report on team KPIs such as resolution rates, quality scores, and SLA adherence.
• Identify performance gaps and implement targeted coaching plans for individual agents.
• Support onboarding of new agents through structured case-based training.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Risk, AML, or fraud operations.
• At least 2 years of experience in a team lead or supervisor role.
• Strong written communication in English (C1 level).
• Proven track record in running QA processes and managing SLA-driven environments.
• Experience in fintech, payments, or the crypto industry.
• Ability to work autonomously while maintaining strict alignment with global standards.

Nice to have

• Experience with anti-fraud tools like Sardine or Sift.
• Experience with crypto compliance tools like Elliptic, Chainalysis, or TRM.
• Experience with CRM platforms like Zendesk or Salesforce.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
