What you will do

• Design and lead the global risk management strategy and define the organization's risk appetite.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations and provide proactive regulatory advice to business managers.
• Conduct internal audits and manage liaison with external auditors.
• Lead the client onboarding team to drive efficiency and adhere to risk appetite.
• Provide regular risk and regulatory reports to the board and other relevant stakeholders.
• Manage the successful delivery of compliance projects and support Group-wide initiatives.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in regulatory environments both onshore and offshore.
• Broad technical expertise in corporate governance, conduct of business, and regulatory risk.
• Proven track record of delivering enhancements to process efficiency.
• Ability to produce and present effective presentations and training sessions.
• Must be based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
