What you will do

• Develop and execute a risk-based internal audit plan approved by the Board of Directors.
• Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal control and risk management systems.
• Draft and submit periodic reports on audit activities and risk mitigation progress to the Board and CEO.
• Verify the reliability of information and accounting systems.
• Provide timely reporting on significant events and compliance matters.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement improvements that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• CPA and CIA certifications required.
• CISA certification required.
• 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting business processes.
• 5+ years of audit experience within a financial institution.
• Proven experience in a management role leading large-scale initiatives.
• Demonstrated success in developing organizations within complex, service-intensive environments.
