Chief Audit Executive (Crypto)

Location: Taguig City, Metro Manila, Philippines; hybrid workplace

What you will do

• Lead continuous and special internal audits in line with international professional standards.
• Develop a risk-based audit plan for approval by the Board of Directors.
• Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management systems.
• Prepare periodic reports on audit activity, risk management, risk mitigation, and significant events.
• Present reports to the Board of Directors, the CEO, and relevant audit, risk, and statutory oversight bodies.
• Verify the reliability of information systems, including accounting systems.

Requirements

• CPA or CIA certification required.
• CISA certification required.
• 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting business processes.
• More than 5 years of audit experience in a financial institution.
• Experience in a management role and leading senior professionals.
• Experience leading large-scale initiatives, managing change, and delivering results in complex, deadline-driven environments.
