What you will do

• Lead and manage the project scope, goals, and deliverables for Critical Mechanisms in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop the work logic, including the development and qualification approach for spacecraft mechanisms.
• Manage project budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation with finance and procurement teams.
• Maintain detailed project timelines, track milestones, and implement corrective actions for identified risks.
• Ensure adherence to space exploration regulations and establish rigorous quality control processes.
• Coordinate communication across cross-functional teams, including mission control and ground operations.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering.
• 6+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Essential experience in Space Mechanism projects and complex space exploration systems.
• Strong technical background in spacecraft design and systems engineering.
• Proven ability in budget management, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills for managing multidisciplinary teams.
