Senior Real Estate Project Manager

Location: Hybrid or remote from the Hammersmith, West London office or the Frankfurt am Main office in Germany. Candidates living within a one-hour commute of either office must work onsite most of the time. Travel of 50% of the time and additional travel at critical project milestones is required.

Salary: €106,592.63–€140,968.75 gross annual salary, with potential bonus or other variable compensation.

What you will do

• Develop and implement the EMEA real estate strategy in support of long-term business objectives.
• Set priorities for site planning, design, construction, and location selection.
• Develop budgets and timelines for prospective locations and manage budgets for ongoing projects.
• Establish a portfolio management system for the growing real estate portfolio.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, consultants, brokers, landlords, regulatory agencies, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate permitting, construction delay, and other project risks.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience as a real estate or workplace leader, or equivalent.
• Experience independently managing large office and light industrial construction projects of 50,000+ square feet and $10M+ budgets.
• Extensive lease negotiation and construction project management experience.
• Experience managing and reporting on large-scale budgets, including value engineering exercises.
• Strong executive stakeholder influence, communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time and as needed at critical project milestones.
