What you will do

• Lead corporate governance and maintain legal compliance for various international subsidiaries.
• Oversee employment law, HR compliance, and union relations across France, Germany, and Italy.
• Monitor space law, export controls, GDPR, and data protection regulations globally.
• Design and implement risk management, anti-corruption, and ethical conduct policies.
• Draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts with suppliers, customers, and partners.
• Provide strategic legal counsel to the CEO and executives to align legal strategy with business goals.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor or equivalent legal degree with admission to practice in at least one jurisdiction.
• 15+ years of legal experience in multinational environments.
• Expertise in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and ethics.
• Strong command of EU, US, and UAE legal frameworks.
• Multilingual proficiency and high emotional intelligence for cross-cultural communication.
