What you will do
- Define and own the insurance compliance posture, translating regulatory obligations into operational tools.
- Act as the primary legal voice in strategic business negotiations and major RFPs.
- Develop strategies to influence regulatory evolutions and maintain relationships with insurance regulators.
- Oversee insurance compliance across international markets and lead legal dimensions of new expansions.
- Identify ways to meet regulatory requirements while improving member experience and product design.
- Build internal legal frameworks, templates, and automation roadmaps to reduce reliance on external counsel.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in insurance or social protection law at a top firm or international company.
- Fluency in French (C2) and professional English (C1).
- Broad familiarity with insurance regulatory frameworks, specifically ACPR guidelines and distribution rules.
- Must be legally eligible to work from France.
- In-depth commercial experience in negotiating complex health and disability insurance deals.
