What you will do

• Develop and maintain the GDPR compliance program for an international AdTech environment.
• Lead contract negotiations for MSAs, SaaS agreements, and partnerships with clients and vendors.
• Manage the company cap table and oversee corporate governance and subsidiary management.
• Monitor regulatory developments in AdTech, data privacy, and employment law.
• Support fundraising activities and investor relations from a legal perspective.
• Act as a strategic business partner to the leadership team to enable commercial growth.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer (Volljurist) or Business lawyer (Wirtschaftsjurist) with 2–6 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of German business law and international legal frameworks.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Deep knowledge of GDPR and European data protection regulations.
• Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance legal productivity.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with US privacy regulations such as CCPA.
