What you will do

• Own legal structuring and regulatory pathways for strategic product launches and international expansion.
• Lead M&A transactions from LOI to closing, including due diligence and negotiation.
• Design and implement multi-jurisdictional equity solutions and programs.
• Manage corporate governance, board resolutions, and shareholder rights.
• Build internal legal frameworks and templates to reduce reliance on external counsel.
• Partner with Finance on complex international tax questions and product structures.

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience in Corporate, M&A, or tax law within an international environment.
• At least 3 years of experience at a top international law firm.
• Mastery of legal writing in both English and French is required.
• Strong expertise in at least one core corporate practice area with an appetite for transversal work.
• Innovative problem-solving mindset with a focus on business value and pragmatism.
