What you will do

• Lead industrial costing and labor cost management, including time-booking systems and internal hourly rates.
• Manage analytical master data, including cost centers and allocations across financial systems.
• Design and maintain financial processes for manufacturing orders and production valuation.
• Own the analytical monthly closing and analyze standard vs. actual cost variances.
• Lead the central SG&A budgeting process and deliver variance analysis.
• Contribute to business planning, forecasting, and investment analysis.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance or Controlling.
• 8–10+ years of experience in industrial controlling.
• Mandatory experience in aerospace, aeronautics, or another high-tech manufacturing industry.
• Experience in complex, multi-entity environments.
• Proficiency in ERP and data analytics.
