Head of Indirect Procurement

What you will do

• Build the indirect procurement function from the ground up, defining sourcing strategies for MRO, IT, facilities, and professional services.
• Lead RFQs, competitive tenders, and contract negotiations with full autonomy up to defined financial thresholds.
• Manage CAPEX procurement for capital equipment, coordinating with Finance and project teams.
• Establish governance frameworks, purchasing policies, and approval workflows.
• Ensure traceability of spend and report on savings, risks, and category performance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all non-production spend and investment requests.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in indirect procurement or sourcing.
• Proven track record in contract negotiation across diverse categories.
• Experience managing CAPEX procurement and infrastructure investment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Odoo preferred, or SAP/Oracle/Dynamics).
• Fluent in French and English (required for stakeholder and supplier communication).
• Strong analytical skills, including TCO modeling and spend analysis.
