F.A.C.E Officer (Aerospace Logistics)

Location: Onsite position based in CDG, LHR, AMS, or FRA — Roissy-en-France, France; Feltham, United Kingdom; Rozenburg, Netherlands; Hamburg or Mörfelden-Walldorf, Germany.

What you will do

• Handle aircraft engine quotation requests and provide accurate shipping solutions.
• Negotiate rates with airlines, trucking companies, suppliers, and the internal hirify.global Logistics network.
• Coordinate aircraft engine shipments with branches, carriers, customers, and AOG desks.
• Monitor engine files, shipment flows, KPIs, checklists, photographs, and operational instructions in F.A.S.T.
• Control transport documentation, support dispute resolution, and ensure compliance with client procedures and Aero-Lift rules.
• Identify process or system improvements and communicate required updates to the Global Product Manager.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in aerospace logistics, including aircraft engine handling, shipping, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with quoting, pricing, shipment documentation, and international logistics operations across multiple transport modes.
• Knowledge of international air transport regulations, Incoterms, customs rules, and rate-building or quoting tools.
• Business English required for reading, writing, and speaking.
• Strong customer service, negotiation, coordination, documentation, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• A valid driving license and vehicle autonomy are required.

Nice to have

• Spanish, Dutch, German, Italian, or Portuguese, particularly for the CDG location.
