Salary: $74,100–$98,900 per year

Manufactures emergency arresting systems for military aircraft through its Arresting Systems / ESCO business unit.

What you will do

• Execute end-to-end procurement for complex, high-value materials, components, and services.
• Negotiate and administer purchase orders, agreements, change orders, and requests for quotes.
• Lead supplier selection, site visits, performance monitoring, and corrective actions.
• Manage cost, quality, delivery, invoice discrepancies, receiving issues, and supplier disputes.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, planning, engineering, and program stakeholders while driving cost reduction and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in strategic procurement, contract negotiations, and supplier management.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and supporting complex programs or engineered products.
• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Demonstrated negotiation experience with measurable cost savings or value creation.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to work on-site in Aston, Pennsylvania.
