What you will do

• Own 1–2 AI agents end-to-end, managing the full lifecycle from hypothesis to live product.
• Define delivery cadences, track progress, and proactively unblock the engineering team.
• Conduct regular user calls to validate problems and ensure agents solve real customer needs.
• Collaborate with domain experts to acquire context and co-define features for banking agents.
• Contribute to scaling agent practices, playbooks, and handover models across the organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience shipping products from problem to production with full ownership.
• Strong user-driven mindset with a history of regular user research and feedback integration.
• Solid PM fundamentals including prioritization, structured thinking, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to influence and energize cross-functional engineering teams.
• Deep curiosity and fluency in AI tools, with hands-on experience building agents or automations.
