What you will do

• Own the content calendar, pipeline, and status tracking for both paid client deliverables and editorial content.
• Build and implement briefing, trafficking, and approval workflows to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and freelancers, managing budgets and purchase orders.
• Facilitate weekly cross-functional standups, capturing feedback and converting it into actionable tasks.
• Escalate scope changes, budget risks, and timeline slippage to the Account Director proactively.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate operational groundwork, including brief generation and agenda structuring.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• Proven track record of managing 20+ creative assets simultaneously across multiple clients or tracks.
• Experience coordinating across creative teams, external clients, and freelancers with high accountability.
• Strong written communication skills for creating clear agendas, recaps, and trafficking instructions.
• Demonstrated AI fluency as a daily operational practice using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Notion AI.
• Cultural literacy relevant to the creator economy and media landscape.
