TL;DR

Head of Creative Ops (Agency Operations): Build and run the operational backbone of hirify.global’s delivery function with an accent on scalable workflows, intake/handoff/QA processes, and operational tooling across UGC, video editing, design, influencer marketing, paid media, and creative strategy. Focus on rebuilding and standardizing systems so a fast-growing, 100+ person creative org can move fast without breaking.

What you will do

  • Audit, consolidate, and rebuild operational systems across 7 delivery functions (UGC, video editing, design, influencer marketing, creative strategy & copywriting, paid media, and project management).
  • Lead and build a team of 2–3 Operations Managers embedded across delivery functions.
  • Design and implement scalable workflows, documentation, and tooling that grow with the organization.
  • Own and standardize the operational tech stack (Airtable, ClickUp, Notion, Make/N8N/Zapier, Claude, Fathom, and G-Suite).
  • Create intake, handoff, QA, and escalation processes to keep 100+ team members aligned with minimal overhead.
  • Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks before they become urgent issues.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading Creative Ops or Agency Operations at a sizeable agency (100+ people minimum).
  • Deep understanding of creative delivery functions (UGC, video, design, paid media, influencer) across more than one discipline.
  • Track record of building systems and processes teams actually use and value.
  • High fluency with ops/project management tooling (Airtable, ClickUp, Notion, Make/Zapier/N8N or equivalents).
  • Strong systems thinking and ability to translate the full operational picture into clear, well-documented processes.
  • High communication skills to build trust and buy-in with department leads in a high-growth, ambiguous environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with backend finance ops, HR ops, or IT ops at an agency.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted operations tooling.
  • Experience scaling an agency from 100 to 200+ headcount.
  • Background in performance marketing, influencer marketing, or paid media operations.
