What you will do
- Own end-to-end project tracking, maintaining visibility of milestones, dependencies, and deadlines.
- Streamline and enhance the briefing process to ensure accurate information capture and smooth workflow.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively resolve blockers across creative and production teams.
- Implement smarter processes and automation tools, including AI-enabled workflows, to reduce manual effort.
- Build and maintain dashboards to track project status, team capacity, and delivery performance.
- Act as the operational link between Creative, Editorial, Marketing, Buying, and Product teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or Project Management.
- 3–5+ years of experience in Project Coordination, Creative Operations, or Marketing Operations.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, Notion, or ClickUp.
- Strong analytical skills with experience building reporting frameworks and dashboards.
- Understanding of creative production and editorial workflows.
- English proficiency required.

- Experience within a creative, marketing, content, or agency environment.
- Proven track record of implementing automation workflows and using AI tools.
