What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of cross-functional AI initiatives from opportunity framing through production rollout and adoption.
• Analyze and redesign business processes to identify where AI agents can automate, accelerate, or rethink existing workflows.
• Translate business needs into actionable AI initiatives with clear scope, success metrics, and timelines.
• Partner with the IT AI Center of Excellence and stakeholders in Finance, HR, and Sales to implement agent-driven automation.
• Define and report measurable impact, including hours saved, cycle-time reduction, and ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a technical project or product manager with proven business analysis capabilities.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing AI projects.
• Familiarity with Anthropic Claude, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or similar agent platforms.
• Location: Must be based in Israel to support the hybrid work model in Raanana.
• English: Full professional fluency required.
