TL;DR

Sr. Channel Account Manager (Cybersecurity): Managing and expanding channel partner relationships across the U.S. Northeast to drive new logo acquisition and incremental revenue with an accent on partner-initiated sales and GTM strategies. Focus on creating joint business plans, executing sales enablement activities, and establishing senior-level relationships within the security market.

Location: Must be based in the US Northeast (New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut)

Salary: $113,750-$166,834 per year

What you will do

  • Maintain and grow relationships with current and prospective channel partners in the US Northeast territory.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans to identify and capitalize on new revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborate with partner sales teams on GTM activities, including sales collateral and joint presentations.
  • Generate partner-initiated revenue and drive new logo acquisition.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements regarding pricing, support, and professional services.
  • Communicate technical product aspects and research integration questions for prospects.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US Northeast (New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut).
  • Unrestricted work authorization for the US is required.
  • Proven track record of success generating partner-initiated revenue in the Northeast territory.
  • Background in the IT security industry involving hardware and/or software.
  • Experience working with both IT Distribution and Reseller Channels.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 6+ years of experience selling in a channel environment.
  • Experience with Data Protection, HSM encryption/cryptography, identity, SSL, Key Management, or PKI.
