What you will do

• Own the preparation, review, and filing of SEC filings, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, and S-1, as well as quarterly investor materials.
• Drive the quarterly and annual reporting calendar, coordinating cross-functional inputs from Accounting, Legal, FP&A, and Investor Relations.
• Lead the earnings release process, including the management reporting package and review of scripts and financial information.
• Manage the disclosure checklist and XBRL review process to improve the clarity and consistency of disclosures.
• Identify inefficiencies in the SEC reporting process to drive automation and standardization.
• Ensure strict compliance with SEC and U.S. GAAP reporting requirements and lead the implementation of new accounting pronouncements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Experience owning SEC reporting deliverables (10-K, 10-Q) within a public company or public accounting environment.
• Must be based in the Americas.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to drive accountability across teams and manage competing deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• CPA licensure or active pursuit of licensure.
• Proficiency with Workiva Wdesk and NetSuite.
