What you will do

  • Exceed quarterly and yearly revenue quotas through strategic territory management.
  • Lead virtual teams including presales, partner managers, and customer success to deliver sales wins.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery and qualification to negotiation and closing.
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans to identify uplift opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and channel partners to drive pipeline growth.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and sales hygiene within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Texas, USA
  • Proven experience in software sales, specifically managing complex enterprise accounts.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional virtual teams and act as a quarterback for sales opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills for discovery calls and value proposition presentations.
  • Proficiency in competitive positioning against industry rivals like Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt.
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time for business purposes.
