What you will do

• Build and lead a high-performing global People Operations team across Europe, the Middle East, and the USA.
• Design and implement a scalable global operational model to support rapid company growth.
• Own the full employee lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding to offboarding.
• Manage global payroll, benefits, and core HR operations with precision across all geographies.
• Redefine HR processes by leveraging AI, automation, and modern tooling for better efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws while maintaining a consistent global approach.

Requirements

• Proven experience building and scaling People Operations in high-growth, global environments.
• Experience leading distributed teams across Europe, Middle East, and USA.
• Track record of designing scalable processes and operating models from the ground up.
• Hands-on experience applying AI and automation within People Operations.
• Deep understanding of global payroll, benefits, and employment frameworks.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Munich, Bordeaux, or Turin (Relocation assistance and visa sponsorship provided).
