What you will do

• Support administrative functions of the HR Department and deliver generalist HR services to stakeholders within the DACH region.
• Handle document drafting, contract administration, filing, and minute taking.
• Manage onboarding processes and general HR operations.
• Oversee timekeeping, absence management, and A1 certificates.
• Coordinate payroll and manage HRIS data administration.
• Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
• Experience in HR administration and operational support.
• Proficiency in HRIS and data administration.
• Ability to handle contract management and payroll-related tasks.
