TL;DR

HR Generalist (HR Operations): Providing operational support across the human resources function to ensure effective delivery of HR services throughout the employee lifecycle with an accent on employee administration, recruitment, and L&D. Focus on coordinating onboarding, offboarding, and recruitment processes within a high-pressure Formula 1 environment.

Location: Faenza, Italy. Availability to travel to the UK office (Milton Keynes) as required.

What you will do

  • Support HR Business Partners in delivering employee lifecycle activities and people-related initiatives.
  • Coordinate onboarding, internal moves, promotions, and offboarding activities.
  • Support the full recruitment lifecycle to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Assist in the delivery and coordination of Learning & Development initiatives and training records.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems while ensuring data confidentiality and compliance.
  • Collaborate across the HR team and build relationships with managers and external partners.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, Management Engineering, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Proactive, flexible, and collaborative mindset.
  • Previous internships or experience in Human Resources is advantageous.
