What you will do

  • Lead and scale an international marketing organization of approximately 150 FTE across multiple markets.
  • Own and optimize a yearly marketing budget of €200M+ with accountability for growth and customer acquisition economics.
  • Drive an integrated marketing strategy balancing long-term brand equity with commercial activation and revenue growth.
  • Establish AI, automation, and data as core enablers for marketing effectiveness and scalable decision-making.
  • Partner with Product, Tech, Finance, and Sales leadership, reporting directly to the Group CEO.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading large-scale international marketing organizations with budgets exceeding €200M+.
  • Strong track record of delivering measurable commercial outcomes in high-growth, performance-oriented environments.
  • Deep expertise across both brand and performance marketing.
  • Highly analytical mindset with understanding of modern MarTech, data infrastructure, and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Experience leading senior management teams with strong operational rigor.
  • Business-fluent English, written and spoken.
