Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Düsseldorf, Germany. The role is hybrid with up to 2 days of remote work per week.

What you will do
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a multidisciplinary team focused on growth and experimentation.
- Define and manage the opportunity pipeline, from initial discovery to final validation.
- Develop robust business cases to secure investment and guide strategic go/no-go decisions.
- Design and execute experiments, pilots, and A/B tests with clear success metrics and guardrails.
- Partner with Brand, Performance Marketing, Product, and Finance to align roadmaps and resources.
- Translate complex experiment results into clear narratives for senior executives to influence investment strategies.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, marketing strategy, or experimentation.
- 3+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven track record of validating new marketing channels through pilots and business cases.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect experiments to revenue and margin impact.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field.
Nice to have
- Experience in travel, e-commerce, or digital marketing industries.
- Interest or experience in AI transformation and AI-powered experimentation.
- Technical fluency in SQL or experimentation platforms.
- Experience scaling partnership or channel development programs.
