What you will do
- Own and execute a global PPC roadmap centered on AI automation and predictive modeling to scale acquisition across SEA, Social, and Display.
- Manage multi-million Euro PPC budgets using AI forecasting and dynamically shift spend across international markets.
- Deploy AI-driven competitive analysis to adapt campaigns to local market shifts and global regulatory changes.
- Lead an international team with an AI-native culture using generative AI and automated workflows to reduce manual work and improve creative strategy.
- Partner with SEO, Content, and Data Science to build an AI-supported growth engine linking brand visibility to performance data.
- Drive full-funnel AI adoption beyond bidding, including creative production, personalized landing pages, and advanced BI attribution.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in performance marketing, including 3 years leading teams and managing annual budgets over €10M.
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, plus experience scaling paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn), Display, and YouTube.
- Proven ability to run multi-market and multi-language PPC campaigns.
- English: C1/C2 required.
- Strong strategic business sense for explaining complex data to stakeholders and connecting PPC to bottom-line impact.
- Ability to bridge technical AI topics with business goals and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
