What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations, strategic direction, and financial health of assigned tobacco client accounts.
• Lead client meetings, status updates, and strategic presentations.
• Oversee the planning and flawless execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
• Manage agency budgets, including forecasting and cost control.
• Act as the primary liaison between the client and internal agency departments.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to ensure project excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in an advertising or marketing agency.
• In-depth understanding of agency functions and marketing principles.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with 4 days per week in the Kuala Lumpur office.
