What you will do

• Acquire, liaise, and maintain relationships with large national merchants.
• Propose and drive the implementation of new and recurring merchant programs to boost company top-line metrics.
• Manage and set KPIs for a team of SME business development executives and account managers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, risk, and marketing to ensure smooth delivery of partnership projects.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Prior experience in people management.
• Proven track record of networking and maintaining relationships with e-commerce companies.
• Experience with payment gateways or payment companies.
• Vast network in the e-commerce and retail industries.
• Superb interpersonal and communication skills.
