What you will do

• Manage and execute strategic marketing partnerships across different verticals.
• Maintain strong relationships with key partner points of contact, merchants, and brand principals.
• Collaborate with the BD Team to develop offline and online channel growth strategies for merchant acquisition.
• Drive end-to-end business development initiatives, from identification to optimization of strategic commitments.
• Generate insightful performance reports to measure partnership deals and optimize upselling.
• Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, engineering, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a related field with a proven track record of success.
• Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Must be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
