What you will do
- Control, monitor, and develop sales performance within the assigned region.
- Manage promoter teams through training, coaching, and counseling.
- Develop and maintain strategic merchant relationships.
- Oversee and handle all sales operations in the Samarinda area.
Requirements
- Diploma Degree in any field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in sales, preferably in financial services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
- Strong leadership abilities to manage teams and regional operations.
- Effective communication and marketing skills, including social media.
