What you will do

• Coordinate monthly promo planning, reviewing proposals based on cost efficiency, competitiveness, and business impact.
• Negotiate promo cost-sharing and exposure placements with strategic partners.
• Manage partnership documentation, including the drafting and finalization of Confirmation Letters.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations for promo subsidies, referral fees, and voucher injection programs.
• Prepare weekly and monthly business performance updates and monitor Cost-to-GMV metrics.
• Collaborate with BD, Finance, Data, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
• Detail-oriented approach with strong project coordination capabilities.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in Jakarta, Indonesia

Nice to have

• Experience in partnership operations, business development support, or the fintech/e-commerce industry.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Redash, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
