What you will do

  • Plan and optimize performance-driven campaigns across TV, OOH, Radio, and digital channels including YouTube.
  • Implement innovative measurement and attribution methods to maximize marketing effectiveness.
  • Analyze campaign KPIs against core business data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Strategically manage and allocate budgets across channels for efficient customer acquisition.
  • Negotiate TV pricing and manage professional relationships with agencies and media partners.
  • Collaborate with creative and production teams to develop data-backed campaign concepts.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing and scaling online or offline marketing campaigns.
  • Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience managing agency and media supplier relationships.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Berlin, Germany.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in SQL or BigQuery.
  • Experience with programmatic media buying.
  • Ability to shape creative strategy and direction.
  • Fluency in German, Spanish, Swedish, or Portuguese.
