What you will do

• Design and own push notification and in-app communication strategies using tools like CleverTap or Leanplum.
• Act as the central interface between Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Data teams.
• Manage technical mobile CRM topics including event tracking, SDK updates, and consent logic.
• Define standards, best practices, and KPI frameworks to ensure consistent execution across markets.
• Monitor competitive trends in mobile CRM to drive actionable product and marketing improvements.
• Provide hands-on support for complex or cross-market campaign execution.

Requirements

• English: Fluent required
• German: B1 level required
• Several years of hands-on experience in app CRM within e-commerce or digital environments.
• Strong technical understanding of mobile app data flows, event tracking, and user properties.
• Experience with platforms such as CleverTap, Leanplum, Braze, Airship, or Batch.
• Ability to act as a technical advisor for product managers and engineers.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, GA4, Firebase, Fullstory, or Looker.
