What you will do
- Partner with business leaders (including C-level) to translate priorities into HR solutions.
- Advise on workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, and employee relations.
- Own end-to-end recruitment for managerial and technology roles across international markets.
- Coordinate external recruitment agencies and improve TA metrics and recruitment effectiveness.
- Manage escalations and complex employee relations cases, including setting clear boundaries.
- Oversee performance evaluation, promotions, terminations, and support performance improvement plans.
Requirements
- Proven HR Business Partner experience in a dynamic international environment, preferably in the technology industry.
- Experience supporting technology teams and working closely with international C-level stakeholders.
- Strong hands-on background in HRBP and end-to-end recruitment.
- Experience handling escalations and complex employee relations matters.
- Experience working with international recruitment agencies.
- Proficient level of English.
